Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of customers by warmly welcoming guests, explaining the brand story and products, and providing personalized recommendations based on individual tastes and preferences.
- Actively upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions and work on the POS system accurately
- Perform opening and closing tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Take care of the receiving of products, proper handling of waste, and correct product presentation in line with brand standards.
- Report to the manager as instructed, including sharing updates, issues, or customer feedback.
- Fill out the inventory sheet on a daily basis and report any discrepancies.
