About the Role

BIM Middle East is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company while contributing to accurate financial reporting and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare daily bank reconciliations and maintain accounting journals.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Monitor and manage daily online banking activities.
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, gross profit, and net profit.
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain accurate records of company revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
Prepare and present financial reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.
Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and overall business performance against budget and business plans.
Identify and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of company budgets.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
Support the maintenance of the company's financial health and internal controls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Preferred Qualifications

University Degree:

BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
