Neonism SAL is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor Executive to strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance within a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Banque du Liban (BDL) regulations and reporting requirements

Evaluate AML/CFT compliance and internal policies

Assess internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention measures

Audit financial operations, transactions, and reconciliations

Review IT systems, data protection, and cybersecurity practices

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements

Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Auditing, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit (preferably fintech or financial sector)

Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and internal controls

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in fintech or digital wallets is a plus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 – 5:00
