Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in stock handling, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with the accounting department regarding stock movements and adjustments.

Requirements
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of stock control and inventory systems.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• An accounting certificate or diploma is a plus.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is an advantage
