The Role

You will oversee student applications from enrolment to university admission, ensuring an exceptional student experience throughout the process. You'll act as a key point of contact for students, universities, and internal teams while supporting operational improvements and mentoring colleagues when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Guide students through admissions, documentation, interviews, visas, and relocation.
Monitor application progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate with universities, embassies, and partner institutions.
Manage student enquiries professionally across email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems.
Support complex or escalated student cases.
Assist with training, onboarding, and sharing best practices.
Contribute to process improvements and team success.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in student support, admissions, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
Proactive, solution-focused, and student-centred approach.
Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.
