Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day coordination of architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. Manage, track, and streamline the project submittal process (including shop drawings, material samples, and product data). Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders. Utilize project management tools to track deliverables, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions. Conduct thorough technical reviews of construction drawings, architectural plans, and specifications to identify discrepancies before execution. Ensure all architectural elements comply with Lebanese building safety codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations. Oversee quality assurance on-site, verifying that construction matches the approved architectural and engineering designs. Partner with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain design integrity. Drive the implementation of sustainable design and construction practices. Guide project teams through green building requirements, potentially managing LEED certification processes where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.

Experience: Proven experience in architectural project management, ideally within a construction or design-build firm.

Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in reviewing complex construction drawings, shop drawings, and managing the technical submittal pipeline.

Sustainability Knowledge: Strong familiarity with sustainable construction practices; LEED Accreditation (AP or Green Associate) is highly desirable.

Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).

Regulations: Deep understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks in Lebanon.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational habits, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
