Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the production manager the preparation of scheduled production batches

2. Set daily / weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

3. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules,

4. Oversee and coach employee,

5. Coordinate with purchasing manager any deficiency in raw materials

6. Coordinate with R&D manager any issue related to raw materials

7. Coordinate with the warehouse manager the daily / weekly need of raw materials,

8. Monitor the achievement of department s objective

9. Takes corrective action when needed and suggest improvements

10. Acts proactively regarding any potential risk

11. Perform preliminary quality control on semi-finished product

12. Report related non-conformities to quality control officer

13. Perform calibration on instruments used in production,

14. Accurately complete paperwork and data entry on the software

15. Print and put required label on stock container,

16. Oversee area cleanliness

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master degree in chemistry, biochemistry, industrial engineering or electromechanical engineering or process engineering.
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to analyse data and suggest solution
• Knowledge in ISO and GMP standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience
