Position Title: Chocolate Arrangement Maker

Job Summary: The Chocolate Arrangement Maker is responsible for creating attractive chocolate and gift arrangements according to company standards, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble chocolate bouquets, trays, baskets, and customized gift arrangements. Ensure products are arranged neatly and aesthetically. Follow design standards and customer specifications. Handle chocolates and packaging materials carefully to maintain quality. Monitor stock levels of chocolates, ribbons, boxes, and decoration materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Coordinate with supervisors and sales teams to fulfill orders on time. Assist in seasonal displays and special promotions. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in gift arrangement, floristry, chocolate arrangement, or a similar field is preferred.
• Creativity and a strong sense of design and presentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
