Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance to help them find the perfect sneakers.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive selling.

• Stock Keeping:
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays of merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.

• Order Fulfillment:
• Process and fulfill website and online orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage and resolve any shipping issues.

• Customer Inquiries:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms, providing accurate information and solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in footwear or fashion, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic computer skills.
• A passion for sneakers and fashion trends is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in English is necessary.
