We are hiring for an experienced French-Speaking Cost Control Manager to Join a leading and rapidly growing Hospitality company in Congo (Africa) to oversee cost management, financial controls, inventory performance, and profitability across multiple operations.



The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications and requirements:



· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost control, food & beverage finance, or hospitality financial management.

· Proven experience within multi-unit restaurant operations or restaurant chains is highly desirable.

· Proficient in the use of ERP systems, POS platforms, and financial reporting tools.

· Strong analytical capabilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.

· Demonstrates high ethical standards, professionalism, and a strong commitment to integrity and compliance.
