???? What You'll Do

Provide first-line IT support to clients (hardware, software, network)
Assist in managing Microsoft 365 environments and user accounts
Support infrastructure tasks — servers, networking, and security
Help document IT processes, incidents, and configurations
Work alongside senior engineers on real client projects
✅ Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, or Microsoft 365
Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player
Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English
Ability to commute to client sites when needed
