About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and trend-driven social media Content Creator to manage and produce engaging content for all C&F social platforms. The role focuses on beauty, fragrances (designer & niche), skincare, and lifestyle content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation
• Create high-quality Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and static posts
• Shoot and edit content in-store, during launches, events, and activations
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns
• Adapt content style per platform (Instagram vs TikTok)
Page Management
• Manage daily content for all C&F platforms
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions with clear CTAs and relevant hashtags
• Monitor trends, sounds, and formats and apply them quickly
Collaboration & Coverage
• Work closely with the marketing and brand teams
• Cover product launches, PR events, influencer visits, and in-store activities
• Coordinate with influencers and support content collaborations
Performance & Optimization
• Track performance (reach, engagement, views, saves)
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and platform insights
• Test new content ideas to improve growth and engagement
