Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Executive to lead and oversee the full Human Resources function. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, driving performance management systems, and supporting senior management in all workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to executive leadership and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
-Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of HR policies across all departments.
-Act as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO and COO.
-Lead workforce planning and collaborate with department heads on manpower requirements and recruitment strategies.
-Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent.
-Review, update, and maintain organizational structure, job descriptions, and job requirements.
-Design and implement onboarding, orientation, and training programs to support employee integration and development.
-Prepare comprehensive monthly HR reports for senior management, highlighting workforce trends and key HR metrics.
-Oversee performance management systems, including KPI development, quarterly appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
-Support managers in employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
-Manage payroll preparation and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly salary processing.
-Supervise attendance, leave management, absenteeism, and related HR records.
Handle NSSF (National Social Security Fund) compliance and related administrative requirements.
-Maintain complete and accurate employee records and HR filing systems (both current and historical).
-Issue employment certificates and other HR-related official documents as required.
Monitor and follow up on annual leave balances and workforce attendance planning.
-Develop and strengthen talent acquisition channels and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
-Ensure HR compliance with Lebanese Labor Law and internal company regulations.
Perform other strategic and operational HR duties as required.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
-Minimum8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior/generalist HR responsibilities.
-Strong expertise in Lebanese Labor Law and NSSF procedures.
-Proven experience in payroll management, HR operations, recruitment, and performance management.
-Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems/tools.

Location: Zarif Area, working hours 8 till 5:30 (sat & sun off)
