• You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets across the five commercial pillars.
• You will lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team while monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• You will identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, retail partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• You will oversee the growth and performance of Catering, Events & Sponsorships, Food Truck, and Retail, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
• You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue across all business channels.
• You will collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations.
• You will monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing recommendations to support business growth.
• You will prepare sales forecasts and performance reports while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all commercial activities
