Role Overview:
We are hiring a Contract Engineer to manage the drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts for our international infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents, client contracts, and subcontractor agreements.

Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and manage variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.

Provide contractual guidance to project managers to mitigate commercial risks.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering.
6+ Exp years
Solid experience in contract administration (FIDIC conditions preferred) within the construction sector.

Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
