We're looking for a motivated architect to join our team and take ownership of site follow-up and project coordination, reporting directly to the principal.
Experience: 6–8 years, with solid hands-on site experience
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits and prepare detailed reports
Track and manage listings/decisions requiring action
Follow up on minutes of meetings and ensure execution
Assess project advancement and monitor expenses in coordination with accounting
Report directly to management on project status and issues

What We're Looking For:

Strong sense of ownership and motivation — this is essential
Excellent managerial and communication skills
Ability to work independently, follow through, and keep projects on track
Comfortable liaising between site teams, consultants, and accounting

Reports to: Principal Architect / Firm Owner
