We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team:

Role Purpose

Support product selection, store presentation, and product launches to ensure an attractive and consistent customer experience across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement seasonal store displays, merchandising concepts, and in-store decoration.

* Ensure products are presented attractively and consistently across all stores.

* Research market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.

* Identify new products and collections and support management in product selection.

* Request and coordinate product samples, catalogues, and supplier information.

* Coordinate sample reviews and product evaluations with management.

* Coordinate product launches and ensure stores are launch-ready.

* Liaise with suppliers, stores, marketing, and design teams to support successful product introductions.

* recommend improvements to product presentation and customer experience.

Profile

* Experience in visual merchandising, retail, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or product development.

* Strong eye for aesthetics, product presentation, and trends.

* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion and/or home & living retail.
• Strong creativity and an eye for design, color, and trends.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
