Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a financial services provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in online trading services, particularly in Forex, with an established operational presence in Matn. The Trade Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm's trading systems while supporting trading activities across multiple asset classes. The role involves monitoring trading infrastructure, assisting with trade operations, investigating trading issues, supporting platform administration, and helping maintain a seamless trading experience for both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the firm's trading systems, price feeds, client trading activity, and market exposure to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Investigate trade-related incidents, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the Platforms team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical trading issues.
• Provide operational support to client-facing teams by handling trading-related inquiries.
• Assist with the implementation, testing, and operational rollout of new products and trading features.
• Monitor and resolve real-time pricing issues, including quote freezes, price gaps, and filtration anomalies.
• Utilize the company's CRM system to support daily operational activities.
• Perform MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration tasks, including instrument setup, group configuration, markups, swaps, and related platform maintenance.
• Prepare daily trading, reconciliation, and client position reports using MT5 and third-party trading platforms.
• Monitor trading exposure and contribute to daily risk reporting.
• Stay informed about financial markets, industry developments, and market trends through ongoing research.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1 2 years of experience within a brokerage, financial services, CFD, or cryptocurrency trading environment.
• Exposure to multi-asset products, including Forex, Metals, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies.
• Practical experience using trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5 (MT5) or similar systems.
• Familiarity with bridge solutions such as PrimeXM, FXCubic, or equivalent liquidity management platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliations, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts to support extended trading hours.
