Job description

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our digital financial products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.

Gather and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML standards.

Coordinate integrations with third-party providers, payment gateways, and external partners.

Work closely with operations and marketing teams to support successful product launches.

Maintain product documentation, reporting, and process alignment.

Mentor and support junior product team members.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

4–7+ years of experience in product development, preferably within FinTech, digital payments, or financial services.

Strong understanding of e-wallets, payment solutions, cards, and digital financial products.

Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including KYC and AML requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
