Are you passionate about transforming financial data into strategic business insights? We're looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions, and strengthening cost control across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and budget variance reports to support business performance.
Lead monthly closing activities, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning exercises.
Monitor and analyze OPEX, cost allocations, and profitability while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Manage SAP controlling processes, reporting systems, and contribute to the implementation of new tools and procedures.
Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and group guidelines.

What we're looking for:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree and/or CMA is a plus)
✔ Minimum 4 years of corporate finance experience, including 2+ years in financial controlling
✔ SAP expertise is mandatory
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and business partnering skills
