Are you passionate about transforming financial data into strategic business insights? We're looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions, and strengthening cost control across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and budget variance reports to support business performance.
• Lead monthly closing activities, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning exercises.
• Monitor and analyze OPEX, cost allocations, and profitability while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Manage SAP controlling processes, reporting systems, and contribute to the implementation of new tools and procedures.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and group guidelines.

Skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree and/or CMA is a plus)

✔ Minimum 4 years of corporate finance experience, including 2+ years in financial controlling

✔ SAP expertise is mandatory

✔ Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and business partnering skills
