Roles & Responsibilities

The Affiliate Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and direct publisher partnerships. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven strategies while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both web and app-based performance campaigns, implementing tracking solutions, troubleshooting conversion discrepancies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong technical knowledge of Server-to-Server (S2S) postback integrations, web pixel implementation, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and analytics platforms is essential to ensure campaign scalability and reporting accuracy. The role requires experience managing campaigns across multiple commercial models, including Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Revenue Share (RevShare), Hybrid, and Cost Per Sale (CPS), while continuously optimizing performance against client KPIs and ROI objectives. Strong understanding of campaign models including: Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Sale (CPS), Revenue Share (RevShare) Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) including: Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava Strong understanding of attribution models, click tracking, view-through attribution, and conversion measurement. Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting: Server-to-Server (S2S) Postback Integrations, Web Pixel Implementation, Conversion Pixels, First-party & Third-party Tracking, SDK and Deep Linking concepts, Coupon Marketing Experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CM360, campaign tracking parameters (UTMs), and attribution reporting. Ability to QA and troubleshoot tracking implementations using browser developer tools, network requests, and debugging tools. Experience reconciling conversions across affiliate platforms, MMPs, CRM systems, and advertiser reporting. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Lookerstudio. Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs including CPI, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Revenue, and Conversion Rate. Strong understanding of fraud prevention, attribution windows, deduplication logic, and tracking validation. Ability to coordinate with product, Data & analytics, ad operations, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Experience in banking, e-commerce, Real estate, Automobile, lottery or lead generation verticals is preferred. Understanding of privacy regulations, consent management, and cookie-less measurement trends is an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate networks, direct publishers, and agency partnerships.
