1-Consulting with clients to understand travel needs, budget, and preferences.
2-Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and travel insurance.
3-Creating travel itineraries and providing travel documentation.
4-Advising on visa requirements, passport validity, health regulations, and destination information.
5-Handling ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions.
6-Providing customer support before, during, and after travel.
7-Negotiating with suppliers and managing corporate or group travel arrangements.
8-Ensuring compliance with airline fare rules and travel policies.
