Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, supervision, and execution of mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate mechanical works with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
• Supervise on-site mechanical installation and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Prepare technical reports, shop drawing reviews, material submittmits, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, cost control, and commissioning activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and BIM is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Valid engineering registration/license (if applicable).
