We're hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to join our stores at ABC Dbayeh.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support the Shop Manager in daily store operations
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
-Deliver exceptional customer service
-Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
-Assist with inventory management and stock control

Requirements:

-Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
-Leadership and team management skills
-Strong communication and organizational abilities
-Customer-focused with a positive attitude
-Ability to work flexible retail hours
