Roles & Responsibilities
We're Hiring: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, Libnor, and regulatory requirements.
Manage SOPs, document control, internal/external audits, and CAPA programs.
Review product labels and support product registrations with the Ministry of Public Health.
Monitor quality KPIs, investigate non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop food safety and quality training programs and promote a strong quality culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing, preferably dairy.
Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, CAPA, auditing, and Libnor standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

مراجعة ملصقات المنتجات ودعم تسجيلات المنتجات لدى وزارة الصحة العامة.
مراقبة مؤشرات الجودة، التحقيق في عدم المطابقة، والدفع نحو التحسين المستمر.
تطوير برامج تدريبية في سلامة الغذاء وجودة المنتج وتعزيز ثقافة جودة قوية.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية، تكنولوجيا الغذاء، إدارة الجودة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة 5+ سنوات في ضمان الجودة في تصنيع الأغذية، ويفضل الألبان.
معرفة قوية بـ ISO 22000، HACCP، GMP، GHP، CAPA، التدقيق، ومعايير Libnor.
مهارات تحليلية وتواصل وتنظيمية ممتازة.
الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية.
