Manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion. Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources. Lead and manage construction teams and ensure effective coordination between all parties. Review project plans, drawings, contracts, and technical documents. Identify potential risks and resolve construction-related issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management.
