Manage employee data in the HRIS (HR system)
Answer staff questions about benefits and company rules
Help with payroll checks and record updates

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2 to 3 years of work experience in an HR role
Good knowledge of local labor laws
Strong speaking and writing skills
Comfort with HR software and office spreadsheet
work experience in IT company is preferable
