المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إنتاج تصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد واقعية لمشاريع المطاعم.
- إعداد رسومات AutoCAD وRevit دقيقة، بما في ذلك: مخططات الأرضيات، الواجهات، الواجهات الخارجية، جداول الأبواب، ارتفاعات بلاطات الحمامات
- الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع منظمة ومحدثة.

الملف المرغوب للمرشح

- AutoCAD متقدم (2D و3D)
- Revit متوسط

Job Summary
The Design Officer is responsible for creating high-quality design concepts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings that reflect Swiss Butter's brand identity. The role supports projects from concept through execution by producing accurate documentation and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings for restaurant projects.
- Prepare accurate AutoCAD and Revit drawings, including: Floor plans Elevations Facades Door schedules Bathroom tiling elevations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with Swiss Butter brand standards and local regulations.
- Support project execution through coordination with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Participate in site visits to verify construction progress and resolve design issues.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Construction teams.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in interior design, preferably within Hospitality or F&B.
- Advanced AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Intermediate Revit
- Strong 3D rendering skills using software such as: 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion or similar
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
