We are seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources Officer to support and manage core HR functions within a dynamic charitable organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with both local labor regulations and internal policies, while supporting the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including personnel administration and employee records
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to staff on HR related matters
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a mission-driven environment.
