Job Description

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages.
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Handle cash and operate the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and work equipment.
Restock coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer questions.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the restaurant for service.
