we are looking for an accounting payable specialist for our company located in Dbayeh.
Main duties:
o Review invoices and check requests.
o Ensure the period of payment as per the company policy is respected.
o Sort and match invoices
o Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments.
o Prepare reconciliation of payments.
o Prepare analysis of accounts.
o Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
o Resolve invoice discrepancies.
o Maintain vendor file.

Qualifications:
o A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in the accounting business.
o A college or university degree in Accounting or Business.
o Knowledge of accounts payable.
o Knowledge of general accounting procedures
