We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in the pest control comapny.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our pest control and public health solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
* Conduct client visits and assess their pest control needs.
* Present and explain the company’s pest control services and solutions.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects until closing.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
* Conduct regular market research and identify new business opportunities.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, quotations, and follow-ups.
* Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in pest control, facility management, cleaning, landscaping, or a related service industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
* Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driving license and ability to travel for client visits.
* Good command of **English and Arabic**; French is an advantage.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
