The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires strong construction project management experience, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and coordination, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, resources, and execution plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise civil, architectural, and MEP works to ensure proper integration and timely execution.
Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, method statements, and technical submissions.
Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of MEP systems with civil and architectural works.
Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, technical issues, and potential cost overruns.
Implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment applications in coordination with the commercial and finance teams.
Ensure the availability of required materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site and coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and clients.
Lead and mentor project engineers, site teams, and other project personnel.
Maintain proper project documentation and ensure effective project close-out.
Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in construction projects.
Strong experience in MEP coordination and project execution is required.
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and project coordination.
Experience working with consultants, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Knowledge of project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project is an advantage
