We are seeking an experienced Company Manager to lead and manage a company specializing in security and safety solutions in Tripoli, Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the sales team and implement business growth strategies.
Develop expansion plans and introduce new products.
Build strong relationships with companies, contractors, and potential clients.
Manage the sales and execution of integrated security solutions and projects.
Coordinate with suppliers and understand technical specifications for CCTV systems, alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and safety standards.
Oversee accounts, sales, purchasing, and overall financial performance.
Achieve sales and profitability targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in the security and safety sector.
Hands-on experience in selling and installing CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire extinguishers is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales team-building skills.
Good knowledge of the Lebanese market and an established network with companies and institutions.
Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Excel.
Digital marketing experience is preferred.

Compensation: Basic salary + commission on sales and projects
