We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer (Mechanical Electromechanical- Piping- Hydraulics) to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee field installation activities, coordinate technical teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Located in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and installation activities.
Lead, schedule, and support a team of field installation engineers and technicians.
Oversee onsite installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
Provide technical guidance and support to the field team when required.

Previous experience in field engineering, installation, or technical project supervision is preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.

Monthly Compensation: Starting from USD 1,700 - 2,200+ negotiable based on qualifications, technical expertise, and relevant experience.
