Hiring a talented Pastry Demi-Chef to join a dynamic and growing restaurant group in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

- 4 years of proven professional experience in French pastry and viennoiserie.
- Previous experience managing multiple outlets, production units is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop a pastry local team.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, stock management, food cost control, and waste reduction.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and product development.
- Good command of French, both spoken and written.
