We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

???? Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and transportation schedules.
- Lead and supervise logistics staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, delivery, and logistics reports.

???? Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics supervision preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good computer skills; experience with ERP is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
