Hybrid / Flexible Position – Office & Remote
We are looking for an MEP Design Engineer / Drafter to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and preparation of technical documentation for HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations.
The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based and remote work depending on project requirements and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Develop and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare detailed plans, sections, schematics and installation drawings.
- Produce the necessary engineering calculation notes for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Prepare technical documentation for construction and execution phases.
- Ensure drawings and calculations are accurate, coordinated and suitable for site execution.
- Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
- Review and incorporate technical comments and project revisions.
- Work independently while maintaining effective communication and coordination with the engineering team.
Skills
Required Profile
- 3–4 years of professional experience in MEP design, engineering studies or technical drafting.
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing design, with knowledge of electrical systems and drafting considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit – required.
- Experience working on projects in France and familiarity with French engineering practices and standards is preferred.
- French language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with AutoFluid is considered a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems and their implementation.
- Ability to work independently, organize workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and technical rigor.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
