Position: Online Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Online Sales Representative to join our team at our Karantina Branch.

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and other online channels.
Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
Present and explain our products, prices, promotions, and offers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare and follow up on customer orders.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of online sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, online sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of social media and WhatsApp.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good computer skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team.
