1. الغرض من الوظيفة
يتولى أمين المستودع مسؤولية الإدارة اليومية الفعالة لأنشطة المستودع، وضمان استلام وتخزين ومناولة وحفظ وإرسال منتجات الشركة بدقة.
يعد هذا الدور حاسماً في الحفاظ على دقة المخزون، وجودة المنتج، وسلامة الأغذية، وظروف التخزين المناسبة، وإتمام الطلبات في الوقت المناسب، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة المستودع بكفاءة ووفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
سيتعامل أمين المستودع مع المنتجات الغذائية الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) بما في ذلك الأجبان والمعكرونة والأرز والمنتجات الغذائية ذات الصلة، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لمبادئ ما يدخل أولاً يخرج أولاً (FIFO) وما تنتهي صلاحيته أولاً يخرج أولاً (FEFO)، وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، وتتبع الدفعات، وظروف التخزين المناسبة.
2. المسؤوليات الرئيسية
أ. عمليات الاستلام والواردات
استلام المنتجات الواردة والتحقق من الكميات مقابل إشعارات التسليم وأوامر الشراء والوثائق ذات الصلة.
فحص البضائع الواردة من حيث الكمية، وسلامة التغليف، والأضرار الظاهرة، وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، والحالة العامة.
التحقق من رموز المنتجات والدفعات والكميات وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية قبل قبول المخزون.
إبلاغ مدير المستودع/الخدمات اللوجستية فوراً عن أي تباينات أو بضائع تالفة أو نقص أو كميات زائدة.
ضمان تسجيل المنتجات المستلمة وتخزينها بشكل صحيح دون تأخير غير مبرر.
التنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية والإدارات الأخرى ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بالشحنات الواردة.
ب. إدارة المخزون ومراقبة المخزون
الحفاظ على مستويات مخزون فعلية دقيقة وضمان تحديث سجلات المستودع وفقاً لذلك.
تنظيم المخزون حسب فئة المنتج، ورمز التخزين التعريفي (SKU)، والدفعة، وتاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، ومتطلبات التخزين.
تطبيق مبادئ ما يدخل أولاً يخرج أولاً (FIFO) وما تنتهي صلاحيته أولاً يخرج أولاً (FEFO) حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً.
مراقبة تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية المنتجات والإبلاغ بشكل استباقي عن المخزون القريب من انتهاء الصلاحية أو بطيء الحركة أو المتقادم.
إجراء جرد منتظم للمخزون والمشاركة في أنشطة الجرد الفعلي الدوري والسنوي.
التحقيق في تباينات المخزون والإبلاغ عنها والمساعدة في تسويتها.
ضمان توثيق وقابلية تتبع كل حركة للمنتجات.
ج. التخزين وتنظيم المستودع
ضمان تخزين المنتجات بأمان وبشكل منظم وفي مواقعها المخصصة.
الحفاظ على ظروف تخزين مناسبة للمنتجات الغذائية، وخاصة المنتجات الحساسة للحرارة والمبردة.
ضمان الفصل المناسب للمنتجات عند الحاجة.
الحفاظ على تحديد وتوسيم واضح للمنتجات والأرفف والمنصات ومناطق التخزين.
تعظيم مساحة المستودع مع الحفاظ على الوصول الآمن وحركة المنتجات الفعالة.
ضمان بقاء الممرات ومخارج الطوارئ ومناطق العمل نظيفة ومتاحة وخالية من العوائق.
د. إعداد الطلبات والإرسال
إعداد طلبات العملاء بدقة وفقاً لقوائم الانتقاء المعتمدة ووثائق التسليم.
انتقاء وفحص وتعبئة وتجهيز المنتجات للإرسال.
التحقق من الكميات ورموز التخزين التعريفي (SKUs) والدفعات وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية قبل الإرسال.
ضمان مناولة المنتجات بشكل مناسب لمنع التلف أو التلوث أو التدهور.
التنسيق مع السائقين وفريق التوزيع لضمان التحميل الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
ضمان توثيق جميع الكميات المرسلة بشكل صحيح.
هـ. سلامة الأغذية والجودة
الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات سلامة الأغذية والنظافة وصحة المستودع الخاصة بالشركة.
الحفاظ على ظروف التخزين المطلوبة للمنتجات الغذائية.
الإبلاغ فوراً عن المنتجات التالفة أو الملوثة أو منتهية الصلاحية أو التي قد تكون عرضة للخطر.
ضمان حماية المنتجات الغذائية من التلوث والآفات والرطوبة والمناولة غير السليمة.
اتباع إجراءات الشركة المعمول بها للمنتجات الخاضعة للحجر الصحي أو المرفوضة أو المرتجعة أو التالفة.
دعم عمليات التفتيش الداخلية وفحوصات الجودة وعمليات تدقيق سلامة الأغذية.
و. وثائق المستودع
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للاستلام والتحويلات والصرف والمرتجعات والإرساليات.
ضمان أن تكون وثائق المستودع كاملة ودقيقة ومحفوظة بشكل صحيح.
تحديث أنظمة المخزون أو سجلات المستودع حسب الحاجة.
إعداد تقارير حركة المخزون والتباين عند الطلب.
الحفاظ على التتبع الصحيح للدفعات وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.
ز. المرتجعات والبضائع التالفة
استلام وفحص المنتجات المرتجعة وفقاً للإجراءات المعمول بها.
فصل المنتجات المرتجعة أو التالفة أو منتهية الصلاحية أو الخاضعة للحجر الصحي عن المخزون القابل للبيع.
تسجيل جميع المرتجعات والتباينات بدقة.
إخطار القسم المعني فيما يتعلق بالإجراء المطلوب بشأن البضائع المرتجعة أو التالفة.
ح. الصحة والسلامة والأمن
الامتثال لجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة.
استخدام معدات المستودع وأدوات المناولة بمسؤولية وأمان.
الإبلاغ عن الظروف غير الآمنة أو الحوادث أو وقائع الأمان أو عيوب المعدات فوراً.
الحفاظ على أمن المستودع ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به إلى المخزون.
ضمان الحفاظ على معايير التدبير المنزلي المناسبة في جميع الأوقات.
1. JOB PURPOSE
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of warehouse activities, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, preservation and dispatch of company products.
The role is critical in maintaining stock accuracy, product quality, food safety, proper storage conditions and timely order fulfillment, while ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The Warehouse Keeper will handle FMCG food products including cheese, pasta, rice and related food products, with particular attention to FIFO/FEFO principles, expiry dates, batch traceability and appropriate storage conditions.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Receiving & Inbound Operations
Receive incoming products and verify quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders and relevant documentation.
Inspect incoming goods for quantity, packaging integrity, visible damage, expiry dates and general condition.
Verify product codes, batches, quantities and expiry dates before accepting stock.
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages or excess quantities immediately to the Warehouse/Logistics Manager.
Ensure received products are properly recorded and stored without unnecessary delay.
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics and other relevant departments regarding incoming shipments.
B. Stock Management & Inventory Control
Maintain accurate physical stock levels and ensure that warehouse records are updated accordingly.
Organize stock according to product category, SKU, batch, expiry date and storage requirements.
Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles wherever applicable.
Monitor product expiry dates and proactively report near-expiry, slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic and annual physical inventory activities.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.
Ensure that every product movement is properly documented and traceable.
C. Storage & Warehouse Organization
Ensure products are stored safely, systematically and in their designated locations.
Maintain appropriate storage conditions for food products, particularly temperature-sensitive and refrigerated products.
Ensure proper segregation of products where required.
Maintain clear identification and labeling of products, racks, pallets and storage areas.
Maximize warehouse space while maintaining safe access and efficient product movement.
Ensure aisles, emergency exits and working areas remain clean, accessible and free from obstruction.
D. Order Preparation & Dispatch
Prepare customer orders accurately according to approved picking lists and delivery documents.
Pick, check, pack and stage products for dispatch.
Verify quantities, SKUs, batches and expiry dates prior to dispatch.
Ensure products are handled appropriately to prevent damage, contamination or deterioration.
Coordinate with drivers and the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate loading.
Ensure all dispatched quantities are properly documented.
E. Food Safety & Quality
Strictly follow company food safety, hygiene and warehouse sanitation procedures.
Maintain the required storage conditions for food products.
Immediately report damaged, contaminated, expired or potentially compromised products.
Ensure food products are protected from contamination, pests, moisture and improper handling.
Follow applicable company procedures for quarantined, rejected, returned or damaged products.
Support internal inspections, quality checks and food safety audits.
F. Warehouse Documentation
Maintain accurate records of receipts, transfers, issues, returns and dispatches.
Ensure warehouse documentation is complete, accurate and properly filed.
Update inventory systems or warehouse records as required.
Prepare stock movement and discrepancy reports when requested.
Maintain proper batch and expiry-date traceability.
G. Returns & Damaged Goods
Receive and inspect returned products according to established procedures.
Separate returned, damaged, expired or quarantined products from saleable stock.
Record all returns and discrepancies accurately.
Notify the relevant department regarding required action on returned or damaged goods.
H. Health, Safety & Security
Comply with all company health, safety and security procedures.
Use warehouse equipment and handling tools responsibly and safely.
Report unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents or equipment defects immediately.
Maintain warehouse security and prevent unauthorized access to stock.
