- Presenting menus and providing accurate information on menu items, ingredients, and available promotions.
- Taking and confirming customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensuring tables and stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Upselling by suggesting menu items and promotions.
- Handling billing procedures, processing payments, and managing receipts when required.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Following all hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company policies.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
