We are looking for an experienced Female Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, complaints, key accounts, and service coordination while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service/support experience
- Previous experience in FMCG or Logistics industries is a plus.
- Experience in Conducting research to support shipment processing.
- Conduct analysis on the different Customer Service sheets.
- Fluent in Arabic & English; French is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication, phone-handling, and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm
Salary up to 800$ - 950$ plus other benefits
