Job Description:

•      Control and monitor physical inventory across the factory and warehouses.

•      Operate and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.

•      Ensure that physical inventory quantities consistently match the quantities recorded in the ERP system.

•      Conduct regular audits on stock controller’s activities to ensure accuracy, compliance with procedures, and proper inventory management.

•      Make sure the production activities meet the ERP formulas on daily basis, otherwise inform manager about any variances.

•      Conduct daily checks and audits of physical waste generated on production lines, record the data in the ERP system, and notify the relevant personnel of any variances.

•      Monitor on daily basis the raw material quantity used for finishing goods production, and make sure this quantity matches the production formula.

•      Perform additional duties as dictated by the Group Operations Manager.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or inventory control is preferred
