We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer
Manalco SAL is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join its solar energy team.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Visit customers, assess their requirements, and coordinate solutions with the engineering team.
• Prepare and present proposals for solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on quotations, projects, and payments.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve the team’s sales targets.
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in solar energy sales.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to visit customers
