We’re Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor


A well-established, growing F&B group is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead its warehousing operations and keep stock accurate, controlled and efficient.

What you’ll do

Receive and inspect incoming goods, run quality checks and issue GRNs
Handle damaged or rejected goods and follow up with suppliers
Keep inventory records accurate through physical counts, cycle counts and tracking of all stock movements
Recommend min/max stock levels and flag slow-moving or dead stock
Raise purchase requisitions for replenishment
Prepare inventory and purchase reports, KPIs and stock data for cost control
Explain stock variances and support month-end stock valuations and audits
Ensure storage complies with food safety and regulatory requirements
Work closely with line managers, drivers and the Business Development Manager

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred)
3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in F&B
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and processes
Understanding of food safety and storage compliance
Highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to handle warehouse operations, with flexibility to work long hours when needed
