We are a Retail Coffee Shops work in coffee and nuts company located in Khalde, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.

* Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with Local Tax Laws and regulatory requirements. MOF, VAT, NSSF, & other as per requested by Top Management.
• The Senior Accountant will oversee import accounting journals, ensuring precise recording of customs, freight, and service invoices. The role also includes cost control responsibilities, with a focus on monitoring import related expenses, identifying variances, and recommend efficiency measures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Supervise junior accountant and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.


* Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
