نحن نبحث عن مدير إنتاج ذي خبرة لشركة مرموقة في صناعة مستحضرات التجميل والعناية الشخصية.
الموقع: سن الفيل، لبنان
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنسيق تخطيط الإنتاج وتحضير الدفعات مع مدير المصنع.
- الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- تعيين المهام وتنظيم الجداول الزمنية والإشراف على موظفي الإنتاج.
- التعاون مع فرق الجودة والبحث والتطوير والمستودعات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- ضمان دقة توثيق الإنتاج وحفظ السجلات.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في الكيمياء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم والتنسيق.

We re seeking an experienced Production Manager for a reputable company in the Cosmetics & Personal Care Manufacturing Industry.
Location: Sin El Fil, Lebanon
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production planning and batch preparation with the Plant Manager.
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient workflows.
- Assign tasks, organize schedules, and supervise production staff.
- Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure accurate production documentation and record-keeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
