Maintenance Technician

The National Trading Corporation s.a.l. - Carrier - Lebanon - Beirut
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Perform general and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.
• Build and sustain customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance works with the head of divisions.
• Handle maintenance of tools and equipment.

Skills:
• Attention to detail.
• Technical Problem - solving.
• Time Management.

Related Experience:
• 1-5 years of experience in Air Condition.
• Knowledge of control circuits necessary.
• Experience with screw chillers preferable.

Education:
• Technical Degree in Air Conditioning or equivalent

Abilities:
• Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
