Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sites and ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently. The person fitting this role will participate in developing the brand, providing recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve issues, and identifying opportunities to increase overall effectiveness and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Account Management

·      Provide the related minutes of the periodic meetings conducted with clients; ensuring both VIP and client’s SOPs are respected.

·      Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients/brands to ensure their satisfaction and retention, and advising them on valet parking operations related aspects.

·      Provide support to new projects launched by the company.

 

                                     

Operational Management

·      Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.

·      Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that all safety protocols are being followed.

·      Oversee company assets and property inventory. Ensure lists are up-to-date and accurate, liabilities and dues are promptly settled and maintenance budget is well monitored and tracked.

·      Set a weekly schedule and update staff of their weekly roaster.

·      Perform site visits and provide direction and guidance.

·      Participate in weekly meeting set to discuss profitability, payroll ration and P&L.

·      Coordinate with middle management to implement policies and procedures to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

·      Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

·      Analyze the needs of the operation and create and implement action plans to exceed customer’s expectations.

·      Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through benchmarking.

·      Perform other activities and duties based on operational requirements.

 

Team Management

·      Provide direction and leadership to the team, setting goals and expectations, and holding team members accountable.

·      Provide direction and guidance training on how to avoid incidents and accidents on site.

·      Creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.

·      Provide support with hiring and training. Manage a team, including setting performance goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.

·      Evaluate the performance of team members.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
